Please note that all our cruises depart daily for both 2-day and 3-day itineraries. Room rates apply for a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child under 5 years old. Surcharges for a third person will apply, and extra beds or cots are subject to availability. All taxes and service fees are included in the listed price (quoted in USD). Tour prices may change depending on availability or last-minute promotions. All images and specifications presented on our website are provided by the cruise company. What is the minimum age requirement for infant to sail cruise in Halong Bay

There is no strict requirement regarding what age infant are allowed on board. However, we recommend the minimal age for infant to be comfortable on a cruise trip is 6 months old.

Infants younger than 4 years old are allowed free on board, accompanied by at least 02 adults. Baby cot is provided only where indicated and must be requested at least 03 days in advance of departure.

Are drinks and beverages included in a cruise trip?

No, they are not included in any cruise packages. In general, meals are included and in each cabin there are complimentary bottles of mineral water. Some cruise may offer free tea/ coffee in meals but other drinks will be charged.

Does the cruise price include transfer from Hanoi to Halong Bay?

It depends on which cruise you are looking at. All luxury cruises exclude the price of transfer service in their price: most, however, offer shuttle bus that picks you up and drop you off at your hotel for very reasonable cost. Some deluxe cruises and superior already include transfer in their price such as Glory Cruise or Phoenix Cruise.

Do we need to pay for entrance fees when visiting caves?

No, you don’t. When you make a booking with us, your cruise trip is already included entrance fees and sightseeing tickets, you don’t have to pay any additional fees.

What types of entertainment are available on board

It really depends on which cruise you are travelling with. Most will offer entertainment facilities in shared room such as DVD player, TV, chess board and some board games. Since the cruise trip lasts only 2 or 3 days, you will not have enough time to get bored on Halong Bay.

Can I order kid meals and special dietary food?

Yes, you can. Most of cruises in Halong Bay will happily meet any of your special requests. However, please kindly be reminded that you should make note with us well in advance so we can have more time to prepare the most perfect meal for you and your family.

Will I be picked up from my hotel in Hanoi?

Each cruise has their own policy regarding transfer: some cruises include transfer in their cost, others charge extra fee for transfer.

If you book the transfer by shuttle bus, you will only be picked up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter Area (and only some cruises offer pick up from the West Lake area such as Intercontinental Hanoi Westlake or Sheraton Hanoi). If you stay outside of these areas, you need to take a taxi on your own to our office or to the cruise office to get picked up. An alternative is to book a private transfer. (Popular hotels located outside of the Old Quarter include Lotte Hotel Center, JW Marriot, to name a few).

What payment methods are accepted

You can pay us through one of the following ways:

• Credit cards: credit card payment is completely secure on our website and can be made online long time in advance of your trip.

• Bank transfer: for large amount of money, you can request for bank transfer to avoid the transaction cost. Please email us for our bank details.

• Cash: you can pay us by cash - we will collect the cash at your hotel or preferred meeting place upon mutual agreement.

Note: Please kindly note that all bank card and fee are borne by payers. In an effort to keep the cost low for you we waive credit card fee (3%) for deposit for all bookings made directly online. For the balance, if the amount is more than 300 USD, a 3% card processing fee will be applied.
